Privacy policy

In short: we keep what you write in your agenda and your account details. Every company lives in its own database. We sell nothing to anyone, there is no advertising, and you can download everything or ask for it to be deleted whenever you want.

What we keep and why

DataWhat forHow long
Name, email and encrypted passwordTo identify you when you sign inAs long as you have an account
Appointments, expenses, goals and other itemsThey are the content of your agendaAs long as you have an account
Company name and billing detailsTo issue your invoicesSix years, as tax law requires
Google Calendar permission, if you connect itTo send the items you mark to your calendarUntil you disconnect it

Where it lives

Every customer has its own database, not a row inside a shared table. The servers are in the European Union. There are no international transfers other than the one you cause by connecting Google Calendar, and you authorise that one from your own Google account.

Who sees it

Inside your company, the administrator and the operators they assign to each calendar. On our side, only the technical staff strictly needed, and only when you ask for support. There is no commercial access to your content.

Google Calendar

Only if you connect the account. The items you mark as a Google event are sent, with their title, time and note. There is no sync back: what you change in Google does not come back to the agenda. When you disconnect, the permission is deleted; events already sent stay in your Google.

Cookies

Only the session one, the one that keeps you signed in while you work. There is no third-party analytics and no advertising cookies, so there is no banner to accept either.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability. You exercise the first three yourself from the application: My profile for your details and Import / Export to download everything in one file. For the rest, write to us and we answer within thirty days. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
